MEMBERSHIPS

WHAT MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?

Core club offers two different kinds of memberships: Core full (access to all online classes + video library) and Core light (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday online classes + video library).  Plus, the weekly meet up class at ‘The Gym’ which is an add on to your membership.  

WHAT IS THE RIGHT MEMBERSHIP FOR ME?

All my classes are for absolutely everyone, so it all depends on your fitness goals and what works for you. I personally recommend everyone to train at least three times a week to achieve optimal results. My HIIT classes are my foundation class where I build up the core and back strength, learning you to plank and squat in the correct form before progressing to hand weights, but again all my classes are for anyone and everyone.

PREPARATION

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY ONLINE CLASS?

Once you have signed up you will receive a link to the class. You will need to download zoom onto your laptop, desktop computer, mobile, tablet or even better if you can cast it onto your television. Create an account which is totally free and make sure to allow zoom to have access to your microphone and camera. Click on the link and it will take you directly to the live class where I will be available 10 minutes before class to chat with you.

HOW DO I SET UP?

Make sure you can see your screen clearly and the placement of your mat is in a good position so I can see you and help you through the workout. If you choose to have your camera off that is totally fine.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You will need a yoga mat and a water bottle for all classes. However, check out individual classes for equipment. 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR CLASS?

I would recommend training on an empty stomach and making sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

WHAT IF I HAVE LOWER BACK PROBLEMS?

Then you are in the right place my classes are designed to strengthen your lower back. Let me know if you have any old injuries, that way I can work with you offering alternative exercises.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE TRAINING?

Other than being more convenient and flexible my classes are tailored so everyone can reach their individual goals. You will still get a brilliant energy through the screen and become a member of an amazing community.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS?

Get ready to work out, get challenged, have fun, listen to some good music, whilst learning to take control of your body and breath at the same time. Every class is different; however, you will become familiar with all the exercises meaning you can really focus on your form to gain your results.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF CORE HIIT?

To activate your core, glutes, strengthen your back, improving your cardiovascular health whilst toning and firming your whole body.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF CORE STRENGTH?

Weight training will improve your muscular strength, endurance, boosting your energy levels, metabolism, improving your bone health and without a doubt making you feel more confident.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF CORE BELL?

You will develop strength, endurance mobility and flexibility. Like in weight training, but kettlebell offers more movement, mental focus and breathing techniques.

AFTER CLASS

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER CLASS?

Yes, it is completely normal to feel sore after class. Especially your first couple of classes as you are using your body in a different way and targeting different muscle groups. I still feel all my workouts which means my body is always developing and becoming stronger.

HOW TO RECOVER AFTER CLASS

Along with eating lots of healthy proteins to help repair your muscles, stretching out, drinking loads of water and a good night’s sleep, take a day off and come back and do another class.
